York Scholarship Bursary & Eberts Entrance Scholarship

Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, CDS is please to announce the recent launch of the York Scholarship Bursary, offering up to three new entrance scholarships to eligible Senior School students.
These renewable scholarship bursaries will provide support for up to 65% of tuition and additional fees throughout the student’s high school career. They will be awarded to students based on financial need and a demonstrated balanced approach to academics, the arts and athletics.

This newly created bursary joins the existing Eberts Entrance Scholarship, made possible by one of our co-founders, Edmond G. Eberts, as a renewable fund that helps make a CDS education possible to students who may not have considered it an option. Read about one of our Eberts Scholars in this month's edition of Hola magazine.

All applicants must complete and submit the full CDS admission application, scholarship application, and Financial Aid for Canadian Students (FACS) application by February 24, 2017.

Land Acknowledgment

CDS wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. For thousands of years, these have been the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We also recognize the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and the Haudenosaunee peoples who also shared this land.  CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for these lands and waters for future generations.
