 | The curriculum is designed to give students a sound knowledge base upon which to build their future studies and a comprehensive set of skills for successful participation in today's society. The development of skills in the area of reading, writing, listening, speaking, critical thinking, problem solving, experimenting and creating is approached with rigorous attention to the needs of our students and to the standards of excellence that guide our programme.
The topics addressed in all subject areas are monitored and coordinated by the Directors of School to ensure that students graduate from each of our divisions with a balanced education and with all of the skills they need to make a successful transition to the next level.
Excellence should be the touchstone wherever people learn. We believe all students are capable of attaining their own level of excellence and we work hard to help them reach it.
The Country Day School's university-preparatory programme has prepared graduates for admission to universities throughout Canada, the United States and beyond.
