Applying to CDS - Key Entry Years

When considering applying to CDS, please know that we accept a larger number of students for JK, Grade 4, 7 and 9 every year with JK representing two full classes and Grades 4, 7 and 9 enrolling one additional class. That being said, we encourage prospective families with students in all grades to contact us as we regularly have availability across other grades due to annual attrition.

Reach out to  a member of our CDS Admissions Team today by calling (905) 833-1972 or emailing us at admissions@cds.on.ca to learn more. Thank you for considering The Country Day School for your educational journey!

RSVP for a Middle & Senior School Sneak Peek

Come see our Middle and Senior Schools in action! As we’ve done in the past, we are offering weekly event-style group tours on Monday mornings, Wednesday mornings and Thursday early evenings.

In advance of each tour, there will be a short presentation and opportunity to mix and mingle, followed by a small group tour of our Middle and Senior Schools. During the morning sessions, prospective families will have an opportunity to witness the school in action and how a typical day at CDS unfolds. Early evening tours will be more quiet, but allow us to show you classrooms and answer questions in a smaller setting.

Land Acknowledgment

CDS wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. For thousands of years, these have been the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We also recognize the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and the Haudenosaunee peoples who also shared this land.  CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for these lands and waters for future generations.
