CDS Annual Dinner & Auction

Ways to donate:
You can donate an item, or make a cash donation towards purchasing a live or silent item. Or maybe there is a business that you frequent regularly, or family member or friend that has something that is of interest that they may consider donating. To help you make your decision, we have included a list of suggested items on the website. Please just remember, all items must be new and unused. All items available for purchase that evening are fully donated or supported.
Advertising opportunities:
We also offer advertising opportunities to businesses in our Auction catalogue. The catalogue is made available electronically in advance, as well as in hard copy distributed to all guests at the event. CDS does not offer any other advertising/promotional opportunities for businesses during the year, so this is a great way to promote your business to our community.

Auction tickets go on sale online Monday, February 27th. Individual tickets ($275) or a table of 10 ($2750) will be available for purchase. We anticipate the demand for tickets to be high this year, so remind you that becoming a sponsor now will guarantee your tickets prior to the February 27th date.
We require the support of our full community to make this evening a true success! For many of you this is the first chance you have had to either support or attend this annual event, so we understand you may have questions. Final Junior School Assembly
The final Junior School assembly will be held in the Duckett Theatre on Monday, June 12 at 9:00 am. Parents are always welcome to attend.Grade 7 Class Trip to The Bubble

Play day activities will happen during periods 5, 6 and 7. Students are to wear gym clothes and bring sunscreen, a hat and water bottle for outdoor play.Grade 8 End of Year Party

The year-end festivities for students in Junior Kindergarten through grade 5 will take place on-site beginning at 10:30 am. and concluding at 12:30 pm. Students will only be at school for the duration of the party. JK and SK parties will be held in the JS Gym, and grades 1–5 will be in the CDS Dome. Our graduating grade 6 students have an off-site gathering that has been previously communicated to parents.Students are asked to meet in their classrooms at 10:20 am. Students may wear comfortable, casual clothing. There will be no Before or After Care as this is not a regular school day.
At 12:30 pm, JK/SK students can be picked up in their usual spots. Students in grades 1-5 can be picked up from the Dining Hall.Graduation Formal/Prom for GY Students
