Senior School Closing Day Ceremony

Paul C. Duckett theatre
Tickets are currently available to Graduating Student Families ONLY.
Once again, our Senior School Closing Day Ceremonies will be a ticketed event. The tickets will be at no cost but will be available to order on line from Tuesday, 17th April.
At that time, tickets will be available for the families of our Grade 12 graduates only (to a maximum of 4 per family). After May 21st, the tickets will be available online to all our Senior School families. Once ordered, tickets will be available for pick up in the Business Office.
Our hope is that this will ease the pressure of Closing Day for you and make the seating as fair as possible for all.

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
