Parent Walk + Community Relations Info Sharing & Tech Support

Please join the Office of Community Relations and the CDS Parent Association members on Wednesday, October 25 for a walk of the School's acreage and an Information Sharing & Tech Support morning.
The walk will begin from the Community Relations Office, and will provide the opportunity to meet the team and receive any tech support you may need to access the many hidden features in our MYCDS environment including: calendar filtering, webcal integration with smart phones and desktop calendars, and how to navigate team pages and the Resource page.

In addition we are offering Information Sharing & Tech Support from 9:00-11:00am. Not sure how to navigate through MYCDS or your Groups? This is the perfect time to drop by and get all those questions answered!

For those that would like to participate in the walk but still have some questions about the website - don't worry – there’s lots of time to do both. Please let us know if you will join us at events@cds.on.ca and indicate if you will join us for one or both events.

We look forward to seeing you!

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
