The Alumni Legacy Fund - Next Week is GIVING WEEK!

Since opening our schoolhouse doors in 1972, CDS has belonged to all of us. During your time as a student, you added your own chapter to our rich and varied story – to the open book (beneath the tree!) that contains all of our tales of learning and growing. On its pages can be found every experience that makes up the CDS legacy.
What is your CDS legacy?
Is it a program or team that changed the path of your life? A teacher who was there for you? Or maybe the simple lesson that if you work at it, you can do just about anything? There are as many reasons to support CDS as there are alumni making their mark in the world.

During Giving Week (November 19 - 26) all donations will support the Alumni Legacy Fund. This fund was established to provide the resources required for the children of an alumni to attend the School who would not otherwise be able to do so.

Your support of the Alumni Legacy Fund will help bring more children of alumni to CDS.

Please visit www.cds.on.ca/alumnilegacy and Give Your 1972 today! Make a contribution in whatever increment of 1972 works for you. $19.72? $197.20? $1972.00? Yes, yes and yes!

Join us in building this Fund so we can continue the legacy of the School we love.

Thank you,

Land Acknowledgment

CDS wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. For thousands of years, these have been the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We also recognize the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and the Haudenosaunee peoples who also shared this land.  CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for these lands and waters for future generations.
