Join the Party at CDS: Dinner & Auction - June 2, 2023

After a three-year hiatus, we are thrilled to announce the return of The Country Day School’s annual Auction party on Friday, June 2, 2023! This is an evening you won’t want to miss as we come together as a community to celebrate our school’s 50th anniversary in the Cyclone Dome.
The CDS Dinner & Auction is our most anticipated adult social event, as well as the largest fundraiser of the year. The evening features live music and entertainment, cocktails and dinner, a live and silent auction, and much more. CDS families and friends have been coming together to celebrate and make this event a huge success since 1974.

We anticipate the demand for tickets to be very high this year and encourage you to guarantee your attendance by becoming a sponsor for this fabulous evening. The benefits of sponsorship are numerous and vary depending on your level of commitment. Once you have reviewed the sponsorship levels and their benefits, you can simply click here to commit and guarantee your tickets.

We will share more information in the near future about Auction 2023, including other opportunities to support this evening and individual ticket sales. For now, please start spreading the word and inviting friends to join you at a table. Should you have questions or need additional information, feel free to contact Tracey Scott at auction@cds.on.ca.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on June 2nd!

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
