In 1972, CDS opened its doors to 49 students. The School had three classrooms, passionate teachers and a desire to succeed.

Over the years, CDS parents and friends gave generously to build the School. The changes have been dramatic. From the original three classrooms, CDS has developed some of the finest facilities in the independent school sector.

The one thing that hasn’t changed is the level of genuine passion exhibited by our faculty. They absolutely love what they do and it shows. Our Alumni have experienced this firsthand.

And now that we have celebrated the 25th anniversary of our first Senior School graduating class, CDS wants to ensure that our Alumni can bring their own children back to their alma mater.

The Alumni Legacy Fund.
With your support, we are building an endowed fund that will begin to provide financial assistance for children of our Alumni.

So... How can I help?

From November 19 through November 26, our Giving Week, we ask our alumni to donate 1972 in celebration of our founding year. Place the decimal where you wish - make it $19.72, $197.2 or even $1972. Make it yearly, or make it monthly, every gift helps support children of our CDS Alumni.
