The Parent Association Executive is dedicated to building strong school spirit, encouraging volunteerism and goodwill throughout the community and encouraging parents to participate in school activities by:
Facilitating opportunities for parents to interact through community building activities;
Enhancing school spirit through active participation of the community in an all-inclusive environment;
Fostering support for the school;
Encouraging communication and exchange of ideas between parents and the school.

In partnership with the Office of Admission, the CDS Association organizes a welcome reception each Spring for new parents whose children are joining The Country Day School in the Fall. This year the event will take place on Monday, May 13 at 7pm.
The CDS Holiday Fair is an annual one-stop retail showcase held in The Country Day School's spectacular Performing Arts Centre (PAC). The event features unique holiday giftware, home décor items, designer fashion, original artwork, tasty treats, and trendy trinkets. Just as they did on their child's first day of school long ago, CDS parents are invited to walk their child to school on the last day of Grade 12. The CDS Association hosts a Grad Breakfast for Grade 12 soon-to-be graduates, their parents and teachers on the last day of classes each Spring. This year it will take place on Wednesday, May 29 at 7:30am.
