Ms. Adriana Policaro joined the Board of Directors on October 20, 2026. Ms. Policaro and her
husband, Mr. Robert MacDonald, have been CDS parents since 2019. They have four children in
the Junior and Middle Schools.

Ms. Adriana Policaro joined the Board of Directors on October 20, 2026. Ms. Policaro and her
husband, Mr. Robert MacDonald, have been CDS parents since 2019. They have four children in
the Junior and Middle Schools.
Ms. Policaro is the Group Director of Customer Experience at Policaro Group, where she brings
over a decade of leadership experience in the automotive retail industry. Her work focuses on
customer experience strategy, organizational culture, employee engagement, and learning and
development. She works closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives involving talent
development, performance management, and organizational growth.
Ms. Policaro holds a Bachelor of Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University and has completed
studies in Human Resources Management at York University. She earned an Advanced Certificate in
Customer Experience Management from the Schulich School of Business and completed executive
education in Governance in Family Enterprises through Ivey Business School's FamilyShift
program. She is also a graduate of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Dealer
Academy.

Land Acknowledgment
The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
