The Office of Community Relations promotes and oversees initiatives which are beneficial to the CDS community, past, present and future. The CDS community includes: current families, faculty and staff, alumni, past parents, grandparents and friends of The Country Day School.
Here is a snapshot of the wide range of tasks Community Relations handles:
-Alumni, Parent, Past Parent and Grandparent Relations
-Community Events (Welcome Back BBQ, Holiday Fair, Auction, Grandparents’ Day, all Parent Association & Alumni functions, etc.)
-Communications & Marketing, including the CDS website, social media, e-newsletters (Backpack and Alumni News), video production, The Link magazine and other assorted publications
-Advancement, which encompasses annual fund, campaigns, donor relations and all other fundraising
