CDS Summer Camp Returns! Registration Opens Early February

We are excited to share that CDS Summer Camp is returning for Summer 2023! With six weeks of exciting programs to choose from, CDS Summer Camp will run from June 19-July 28 and offer something for students ages 6 to 15! It will offer all of the longtime favourites, along with a few new programs which will be announced in January.
As has been the tradition since the camp's inception in 2013, our Directors and most Camp staff will be CDS faculty and staff members. This year, our new Camp Director, Maddie Sutcliffe, and Assistant Director, Mandy Cronin, are excited to be relaunching this beloved camp with the guidance of former Camp Director, Andrea Leacock.

As in the past, daily lunch and snacks will be provided, and Before and After-Care will be available. Registration opens in early February. For a sneak peek at what is to come, visit www.cds.on.ca/summercamp!

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
